Most Indonesian love this savoury snack, and every one has their own recipe. It is a very flexible recipe, you can use any vegetable that is available in the fridge. Traditionally we use wheat flour, but I use self raising flour instead, it will give a lighter texture as well crispy on the outside and soft inside.
This is a vegetarian recipe, but if you prefer add some fresh prawn, it will be more delicious.
Serve while it is hot and dip in chilli sauce and if you love chilli have it with green eye bird chilli.....
