Baru panen kelapa muda, pinginnya buat yang segar-segar. Jadi inilah kreasi saya, yang hasilnya memang segar. Perpaduan jelly dan agar-agar membuat tekstur yang kenyal tetapi tidak keras, cukup menarik untuk dicoba.
Just harvest young coconut from the garden. Thinking of making something refreshing. So this is my creation and indeed it is refreshing. The mixture of Jelly and agar producing an interesting texture, its firm but not chewy.
Bahan-bahan / Ingredients
2 kelapa muda
2 whole young coconut
1 kaleng leci
1 can lychee
1 bungkus Jelly putih
1 sachet white jelly
1 bungkus agar-agar putih
1 sachet white agar-agar
250 gr gula
250 gr sugar
1600 ml air kelapa
1600 ml coconut water
Cara membuat / Methode
Saring buah leci, buang airnya, sisihkan
Strain the lychee and discard the water
Pecah kelapa muda, sisihkan airnya dan kerok dagingnya
Split the coconut, keep the water and scrape the meat off the shell
Campur jelly, agar-agar, gula dan air kelapa, masak sampai mendidih
Mix in the jelly, agar-agar, sugar and coconut water, stir well and bring to a boil
Masukkan kelapa kerok dan buah leci, aduk sampai mulai mendidih lagi
Now add in the coconut meat and lychee, bring back to a boil. Turn the heat off
Dinginkan sebentar sebelum mencetak.
Leave to cool for a few minutes before putting it in the mould.
Sebaiknya dihidangkan dingin
Serve cold
